By accessing our website and ordering a product, you agree to be legally bound by our terms and conditions which are set below. We may change these Terms at any time, and the revised Terms will be made available on our site. By continuing to use the site you agree to be bound by such revised Terms.

Conditions of Warranty

Motoz gives all customers a limited warranty agreement for all products for a period of 12 months with all warranties beginning on the date of the purchase. The product warranty is only offered to manufacturer defects and excludes general wear and tear as well as damage that has been caused due to misuse of a product.


Goods are shipped Australia wide. Available stock at time of order is dispatched from the warehouse within 2 business days and should be delivered within 4 business days. However shipping timeframes may vary based on the delivery state, shipping partner and other influences outside of our control.

Returns & Refunds

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website. Please email sales@motoz.com.au as soon as possible so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. To assist the return process, you may be required to send us images of the damage, defect or fault and even be asked to provide further information to support your claim to assist us with tyre assessment.


When purchasing from Motoz, card details are transmitted through a secure server using eWAY. Card data is not hosted by Motozafter processing.
