1. We only sell goods online to service customers that are unable to access a Motoz dealer. We reserve the right to cancel an order, in which case we'll notify you by email and refund the purchase amount to the credit card used when placing the order.
2. Whilst all care will be taken,no responsibility will be accepted for goods that go missing during the shipment process and you are ordering at your own risk.
3. We ship all (paid) orders via Australia Post within 3 days of receipt of the order.
4. Orders will be received on weekdays only. Orders made on weekends, public holidays or Friday Afternoon will not be received until the following working day.
5. All orders will be confirmed via an automated email before shipping. |
